What's really going on — and why it's not your fault
If you’ve noticed changes in your energy, weight, focus, sleep, or how your body feels in a more abstract way day-to-day, and you can’t quite make sense of it, this workshop is a space to explore that and get answers.
So many women in midlife find themselves eating the same way, moving the same, but feel more tired, more wired, heavier, or more out of balance than they ever have.
During this workshop, we’ll look at what’s actually going on beneath the surface with your metabolism, what’s been changing, and why all the things you’re used to doing and used to ‘work’, no longer are.
What this workshop does not include:
A diet plan or set of rigid rules.
Another conversation about willpower, discipline, or “needing to try harder”.
Blame, shame, or being told you’re getting it wrong.
A one-size-fits-all advice.
Any pressure to change everything at once.
What is included:
Insight into how metabolism, energy, hormones and stress are connected and shifting.
Gentle, accessible explanations—no jargon, no overwhelm.
A means of understanding your body more clearly, and what it might be asking for now.
This is absolutely about understanding your body, empowering yourself with information with more clarity and compassion, so you can start to work with it, rather than against it.
