12-WEEK PROGRAMS
These 12-week programs are in-depth dives into your situation, identifying and unpicking the blocks, making targeted changes to your diet and lifestyle, to restore your energy and flow.
These programs are for you if:
You’ve been putting up with complex and/or chronic issues (e.g. PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD, long-term digestive challenges) and want comprehensive support to get to the root of the cause(s) and address them for good.
You understand that real, lasting change takes time, and you’re ready to invest that time.
You’re motivated to make the changes, and believe it is possible for your health to transform.
What to expect:
Comprehensive health assessment including medical history and testing
Personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
Brief personalised supplement plan with discounts, and test recommendations where applicable
Liaising with medical health professionals and always checking for interactions with medication, if taking
Working through the body’s systems, supporting the emotional and spiritual layers of health as needed/desired
Additional on-the-go support for ongoing support between sessions
Hypnotherapy sessions can be used as follow up consultations, or as an addition, at a reduced rate for clients.

STEP 1:
Book a call with Bean to discuss your situation, talk through what you’re experiencing and hoping to achieve, hear about Bean’s unique approach, and decide whether you would like to go ahead.
Bean never offers personalised support in these sessions. They’re a way of getting to know each other a bit before jumping in to working together, with no obligation, no pressure. It’s actually preferable for you to go away for a think after our chat to make sure you’re happy to go ahead.

OPTION 2
2-SESSION PACKAGE
Two targeted sessions to explore your concerns and implement meaningful change and improvement when a full program is not necessary.
This is for you if:
You have a specific, focused concern you need support with (such as improving bone density, managing POTS, reducing PMS symptoms) and want the depth of a personalised consultation without longer-term support.
You’re confident about implementing changes on your own once you have clear direction.
You want to try working with Bean before committing fully to a 12-week program.
You want to run a specific test (e.g. bloods, DUTCH, genetic report) and get clear direction on what it means and how to act on it.
What’s included:
1 x 90 minute initial consultation looking into your focused concern, comprehensive assessment of your health and symptoms including recent test results, and personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations in a written plan.
1 x 45 minute follow up consultation to review progress, trouble shoot and refine the plan.
Liaising with any medical health professionals as needed, and checking supplement interactions where relevant.

Hormone Health Audit
OPTION 3
A 60-minute breakthrough session to understand your hormonal health - whether you're navigating cycle challenges, perimenopause, or anything in between.
When you need someone with experience, grounded clinical expertise and empathy, who will listen and hear you fully, who can guide you without agenda but with honesty, these Hormone Health Audit sessions could be exactly what you need.
Maybe you want to be proactive and look after yourself but you don’t need a deep-dive session.
Maybe you’re confused by all the choices, are not sure which priority you should focus on, or you need someone to help you make sense of what's going on.
This is where I come in with these personalised, root-cause, breakthrough sessions to get you on track, without overhauling your whole life.
These sessions are for:
taking stock of where you are, review your symptoms, your health, lifestyle and diet, take a look at any supplements (a more in-depth review for existing conditions would require more time)
identifying what’s working and what isn’t
pinpointing what’s holding you back
and giving you a clear plan of action with your next steps to feeling so much better.
