During a session, we begin with a conversation about your specific challenges and goals.
Using a combination of therapeutic techniques, we'll work with your subconscious mind to create positive changes, initially before you go into trance. Then, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxed state while remaining fully aware and in control. You'll be fully present throughout the session and will remember everything afterward.

Unless you’re local, these sessions will be conducted online. Hypnosis works really well online! Partly because we can both be using headphones and so my voice will be, arguably more powerful.
If you’re local, I could come to you. I don’t have a suitable space at home, but exceptions can be made when necessary. Just ask.

Hypnosis is completely safe and natural. You remain aware and in control throughout the session. Think of it as a focused state of attention, similar to being absorbed in a good book or movie, or in meditation. You can't be made to do anything against your will, and you can emerge from the hypnotic state at any time.

Currently sessions are online - please come ready with headphones and in a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. Try to avoid a heavy meal and do not have any alcohol before your session. It's helpful to write down specific goals or challenges you'd like to address so you have a clear idea.

Past Life Regression
A past life regression session is when, in trance, you visit a memory that holds some meaning and relevance for you now.
Who knows if we do actually have past lives (Bean works with whichever framework works for you).
It doesn’t actually matter whether it’s true or whether your subconscious is creating a metaphoric ‘memory’. This is how the subconscious works - in symbols and metaphors - and the outcome and value of the experience is the same either way.
