Nutritional Therapy & Integrative Hypnosis for Women's Hormonal Health

You've spent decades being capable, resourceful, and quietly putting everyone else first. Now, your body is asking — or screaming — for something different, and you're not entirely sure what that is yet.

I'm Bean. I use evidence-based nutritional therapy and integrative hypnosis to help women understand what their hormones, symptoms, and bodies are actually telling them — from their first period through perimenopause and beyond.

This work is personalised, precise, and focused on the whole of you. It fits around your life, and it goes as deep as you're ready to go.

So if you're struggling to get through the day, if you’re losing yourself to anxiety or rage, or just know that something is off — you're in the right place.

I CAN HELP YOU…

…to navigate puberty, menstrual cycle challenges or the perimenopause transition with practical, science-backed guidance that honours the fullness of who you are. Those challenges may include endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD and other cycle-related mood issues, PMS, painful, irregular, heavy periods, absent cycles, low energy and libido, fibroids, hormonal acne, as well as acute and somewhat recurring vaginal infections and imbalances.

We’ll find ways of rebalancing and nourishing your body and mind that actually fit in with your life, so that you’re well informed about your body, tuned into your own needs, and connected to your inner wisdom on a much deeper level. Stronger than ever.

HOW I WORK…

My work is conducted mainly online, which means you can access support wherever you are.

Consultations are rooted in evidence-based Nutritional Therapy, from a Functional Medicine lens, and informed by my holistic mind-body-spirit approach. This means my understanding of your case and how to support you is drawn from your symptoms, history, test results and other sometimes subtle or deeper aspects that impact your wellbeing. I use other tools when they’re needed, such as integrative hypnosis.

Most of my clients work with me for several months.

Nutritional therapy is not an alternative to conventional medicine. It works beautifully alongside primary healthcare and I welcome open communication and collaboration with any medics who may be involved in your care.

MEET BEAN

I am Bean, a BANT and CNHC registered Nutritional Therapist, and Integrative Hypnotist.

I support women through their hormonal cycles, from navigating difficult menstrual-related challenges to soothing the perimenopause transition and embracing it as a time of opportunity, empowerment, growth and transformation, with a unique blend of science, spirituality, and lived experience.

My own 20+ year struggle with gut health taught me that true health improves when we address all the layers of our being—the physical, mental, emotional and energetic. We are never broken, even though some of us feel like we might be, so we don’t need ‘healing’ but there is usually repair work to be done. For me, that means supporting myself nutritionally and unpacking decades of fear, self doubt, and anxieties - patterns that, left unattended, affect every aspect of our wellbeing.

Now, at 46 and in perimenopause myself, I’m walking this path alongside you, applying an integrated approach increasingly validated by science - one that creates deep, lasting transformation.

Intimate health — vaginal, bladder and vulval wellbeing — becomes increasingly vulnerable during perimenopause, yet it's one of the most under-discussed and under-treated areas of women's health. In 2026, I joined Kate Waters’ Intimate Health clinic, working alongside one of the UK’s leading specialists in this are. I’m expanding my expertise in intimate health by embarking on a 6-month training—Vagiversity—to be better able to support recurrent UTIs, thrush, Bacterial Vaginosis, perimenopausal changes, and other bladder and vulvo-vaginal conditions.

You deserve to be supported, informed and in control.

VALUES STATEMENT

I believe we are all equal and I do my best to treat everyone that way, no matter where you come from, your skin colour and how you identify. I have fallen a little bit in love with every one of my clients.

This means I’m striving to create a practice that is inclusive and in which I’m actively divesting from the colonial, patriarchal, extractive and racist paradigm that I grew up in. I acknowledge that I may not get that right all the time, I will make mistakes. I’m not afraid to own my mistakes, to shut up and listen, and to apologise.

I believe in running a transparent business based on growing relationships, honesty and respect, not on misleading marketing tactics that treats you like a pawn in a funnel.

I’m not a fan of being an ambassador or joining a multi-level marketing company, because I have concerns about how objective my recommendations become.
