3-MONTH PACKAGE OF 1:1’s

Nutritional therapy goes beyond assessing your diet. It involves understanding your case history, physical symptoms, family health history, lifestyle, and lab testing (such as blood, stool, urine, or DNA tests) to uncover imbalances in the body. This can be incredibly effective, particularly for addressing chronic health concerns, and especially when you’re motivated and you believe you can do it.

For perimenopause, supporting the body this way is essential because a well resourced and balanced body will have the resilience to adapt and flex with the hormonal changes with much more ease. That means more energy, clearer thinking, better sleep, stable moods - smoothing out the physical chaos that makes this phase feel so overwhelming. Imagine the difference between going through perimenopause with a good working battery that's topped up with energy versus one that’s glitching and running out of juice.


This comprehensive, personalised support includes:

  • 90 minute first consultation

  • Bi-weekly follow-up consultations 60 minutes - or another set up that works for you like 30 minutes weekly

  • Comprehensive health assessment including medical history and testing

  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations

  • Brief personalised supplement plan with discounts, and test recommendations where applicable

  • Liaising with medical health professionals and always checking for interactions with medication, if taking

  • Hypnotherapy sessions as needed

  • Working through the body’s systems integrating the emotional and spiritual layers of health as we go

  • Additional on-the-go support via Telegram for ongoing support between sessions

Bean never offers personalised support in these sessions. They’re a way of getting to know each other a bit before jumping in to working together, with no obligation, no pressure. It’s actually preferable for you to go away for a think after our chat to make sure you’re happy to go ahead.

When you don’t recognise yourself, you’re shattered from sleepless nights and your anxiety is leaving you raw and vulnerable, everything is too much, or it feels impossible to know how to get through perimenopause or where to start.

Or, you want to be proactive and look after yourself but you don’t need a deep-dive session - something less in-depth would be ideal. Maybe you’re confused by all the choices, not sure which priority you should focus on, or you need someone to help you make sense of things.

…with these Perimenopause Audits: personalised, root-cause, breakthrough sessions to get you on track through perimenopause, without overhauling your whole life.

Think of me, Bean, as someone bringing a clinical level of expertise to understanding your situation, with the warmth and understanding of a wise friend; someone who has an entirely unique birds-eye view of your situation and what’s possible.

While I will not be offering in depth supplemental or functional testing advice in these sessions, I will:

  • take stock of where you are, review your symptoms, your health, lifestyle and diet, take a superficial look at any supplements (a more in depth review would be slightly different)

  • identify what’s working and what isn’t

  • pinpoint what’s holding you back

  • and give you a clear plan of action with your next steps to feeling so much better.
