The Offerings
We’re cyclical beings expected to flatten ourselves into a linear world, which makes navigating your menstrual cycle, and then perimenopause, often feel like a wild and unpredictable ride. But it doesn’t need to be that way. And it doesn’t need to require radical life changes - in fact, small, incremental changes are far more powerful and not to be underestimated.
Ranging from personalised 1:1 consultation options, to group support, I hope you find something here for you.
Nutritional therapy…
…goes beyond assessing your diet. It’s about understanding your case history, physical symptoms, family health, your lifestyle, and appropriate lab testing (such as blood, stool, urine, or DNA tests) to uncover imbalances in the body. This can be incredibly effective, particularly for addressing chronic health concerns, and especially when you’re motivated and you believe you can do it.
For menstrual health and perimenopause, supporting the body this way is essential because: a well resourced and balanced body has the resilience to adapt and flex with hormonal changes, and life, with much more ease. That means more energy, clearer thinking, better sleep, stable moods, trouble free cycles: smoothing out any physical chaos that makes everything else challenging.
“Learning how to support yourself during times of transition and change is one of the biggest acts of self-love and nurturing you can offer yourself”
-AINSLIE MACLEOD
“Bean is an amazing nutritional therapist, but she is more than that, her approach is not just focused on one small part of your life, but she takes everything into account, she listens to every detail and works tirelessly to find solutions. I learned so much about myself from our sessions together. I cannot recommend Bean highly enough. She goes above and beyond to find solutions and her advice is scientifically sound.”

1:1 PERSONALISED SUPPORT
These are in-depth dives into your situation, identifying and unpicking the blocks, making targeted changes to your diet and lifestyle, to restore your energy and flow.
This is for you if:
You’ve been putting up with complex and/or chronic issues and symptoms, including perimenopause (e.g. PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD, long-term digestive challenges) and want comprehensive support to get to the root of the cause(s) and address them for good.
You understand that real, lasting change takes time, and you’re ready to invest that time.
You’re motivated to make the changes, and believe it is possible for your health to transform.
START with an Introductory call with Bean
An introductory call is a chance to discuss your situation, talk through what you’re experiencing and hoping to achieve, hear about Bean’s unique approach, and for us both to decide whether to proceed. This takes 20-30 minutes, usually over zoom, or on the phone.
Bean never offers personalised support in these sessions. Instead, they’re an opportunity for me to find out more about what’s going on for you, and for us to get to know each other a bit before jumping in to working together, with no obligation, no pressure. It’s actually preferable for you to go away for a think after our chat to make sure you’re happy to go ahead.
If you want to go ahead, we book the initial consultation and you fill out your health questionnaires and food diary in advance of the initial consultation.
STEP 2: THE INITIAL CONSULTATION
A thorough, unhurried conversation that gives Bean the full picture of your health. Building on the questionnaire you'll complete beforehand, she'll explore your health history, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and anything else that shapes the context of what you're experiencing. This allows Bean to get to know you, understand your challenges and shape your support.
It includes:
A thorough examination of any existing test results and relevant paperwork so that…
…Bean can fully prepare for your consultation
A 90-120 minute 1:1 consultation
You will receive an in-depth report including a plan for your health based on personalised food and lifestyle recommendations, supplementation and potential further testing that may be required, with next steps laid out
Consultations last ~90 minutes and cost £295
STEP 3:
Choose the level of support.
At the end of your initial consultation with Bean, we decide together what level of support you need, and we get started.
All programmes begin with a 90-minute initial consultation (£295). At the end of that session, we decide together which level of ongoing support is right for you. It’s often one of three options below, but can be something more uniquely shaped to your needs.
Levels of Support:
Comprehensive
You're serious about change and want the best possible chance of success — building momentum, staying accountable, and having someone problem-solving right beside you.
After your initial consultation, you'll receive a personalised Roadmap — our working hypothesis of what's driving your symptoms and the clearest path forward from where you are right now. From there we work closely with regular sessions to keep things moving, typically weekly for the first month, then fortnightly as you find your feet.
Monthly
You're ready to commit and prefer a steadier, more spacious pace — trusting yourself between sessions while still having expert guidance to hand. After your initial consultation, we meet once a month, giving you time to implement changes and notice what's shifting before we review and refine together — continuing until you feel confident and equipped to move forward independently.
Light Touch
You have a specific, focused concern you need support with (such as improving bone density, managing POTS, reducing PMS or perimenopausal symptoms) and want the depth of a personalised consultation without longer-term support.
You're confident about implementing changes on your own once you have clear direction. So after your initial consultation, you have one focused 45-minute session — leaving with a clear, refined personalised plan you can act on straight away.
What to expect:
Comprehensive health assessment including medical history and any recent testing.
After the initial consultation you will receive a review of your case with a working hypothesis of what is driving your symptoms.
Personalised ongoing nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
Functional testing recommendations, when indicated, with interpretation. It’s always preferable to start with blood testing, whether through your GP if they’re willing, or by private draw. I also find genetic testing through Lifecode Gx very useful for understanding your physiology in a really specific and targeted way.
For follow-up consultations, expect diet and lifestyle recommendations, personalised supplement plans with discounts, and test recommendations, where applicable.
Liaising with medical health professionals, with medication interactions always considered.
Hypnotherapy is available as follow-up sessions or alongside consultations, at a preferential client rate.
Group Consultations: a new way of working
I am piloting a new way of working: offering private consultations to women in a small group setting (5 people). There will need to be a common focus for each round, such as getting to grips with symptoms of IBS in perimenopause (bloating, flatulence, constipation/diarrhoea/ bowel changes, some food reactions).
Would you like to get personalised nutritional therapy in a new way, being part of a small, private group of other women struggling with similar issues to yours?
The support would last 3 months. Group consultations would be bi-weekly.
Each consultation would be £35 per person per consultation, based on a group of 5.
