Food is a powerful lever for improving symptoms, energy, general wellbeing and longevity. However its power is routinely (or widely) underestimated. Bean will discuss two of the most crucial areas of nutrition to focus on during perimenopause, giving participants a no-nonsense and fresh way to understand how best to support their body through this transition. She will share practical tips, and will allow plenty of time for questions and discussion.
