The Quiet Midlife Gut

What's really driving digestive changes in midlife and the everyday habits that can bring back calm, comfortable digestion.

This is for the woman who wants:

  • Not to look pregnant by 4pm

  • To be bloat free after meals

  • To wear what she wants, not what her stomach dictates

  • An end to the embarrassing smells, noises and dashes to the loo

  • To stop analysing every mouthful and second-guessing what she’s eaten

  • To be relaxed around food and enjoy meals again

We all assume the bloating, flatulence, cramps and discomfort are tied to what we’re eating.

Yet for many women the biggest drivers are how they eat, when they eat and the changes that occur during perimenopause and midlife.

In this workshop you'll learn why bloating after meals, reflux, sluggish digestion, changing bowel habits, and increasing food sensitivities become such common complaints that seemingly accelerate from nowhere during perimenopause. And more importantly you’ll discover what you can do about it so your digestion can slip into the quiet background where it is supposed to be.

You’ll leave understanding the simple yet powerfully effective strategies that calm and soothe digestive function that you can start immediately, and you’ll receive a summary of it all you can keep referring back to when you need it.

Led by Bean Bindloss, BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist with a special focus on perimenopause, who has overcome decades of digestive issues herself.

Friday 9th October | 12.30-1.30pm GMT | £22

The workshop will include time for questions, will be recorded and the recording shared with you afterwards.

“I’ve struggled with digestive problems for decades, and somehow Bean helped me sort them out in just a couple of weeks. Her knowledge of the digestive system is incredible, as is her ability to understand what’s going on and find the right approach.” - C
