Perimenopause Support
“Learning how to support yourself during times of transition and change is one of the biggest acts of self-love and nurturing you can offer yourself”
-Ainslie McLeod
CHANGES to my practice.
Nutritional therapy goes beyond assessing your diet. It involves understanding your case history, physical symptoms, family health history, lifestyle, and lab testing (such as blood, stool, urine, or DNA tests) to uncover imbalances in the body. This can be incredibly effective, particularly for addressing chronic health concerns, but I’ve come to realise that as much as I have really enjoyed supporting my wonderful clients so far, my real interest lies in working with groups (which are incredibly effective in a different way), and building community.
Therefore, please note that as of May 2025 I am pausing using nutritional therapy in 1:1 consultations. The way I work has been through many twists and turns, and while this has been a difficult decision, it’s the right one for me, for now, and it means I have more time to devote to the workshops, courses, circles and building a community, which my most important focus for the moment.
You CAN work with me 1:1 for hypnosis, and for the following…:

Consult Your Perimenopause Doula
Think of me, Bean, as somewhere between your wise friend, a coach, spiritual guide and holistic doctor; someone who has an entirely unique birds-eye view of your situation and what might be possible.
When you’re confused, tired, and feeling frazzled, when you’re in the weeds, it can be so hard to see a way through, and to trust what the good routes might be. I show you the steps you can take that will give you a safe path through perimenopause, and enable you to reclaim - and upgrade - your sense of self.
I know you can thrive through this phase and come out feeling better than ever, because it’s my story. I can show you how and will walk alongside you, like a guide on an adventure, pointing out the pitfalls to avoid and directing you to the beautiful views and easier routes.
Sessions last up to 90 minutes.
We start with one session and then we see where we go. I have a sliding scale of prices, below.
(Please note that I currently will not be offering specific dietary, supplement or functional testing advice.)

£50
You are able to meet basic needs such as food, housing, travel, childcare, but anything beyond that is a stretch and choosing a more expensive option would put you in debt.
However, you understand the power of hypnotherapy and you know it would be really helpful for you and, in turn, the people around you.*
-
£150
You have access to a steady income and are paying off debt such as student loans, or working to build savings. You do NOT spend most of your time wondering how to pay the bills and investing in this option would NOT put you into debt, but might mean you have to cut back on extra spending in your life, like saving for a holiday, going out for dinner, or buying new clothes.*
-
£250
You have a secure job and steady income with your own savings and no need to be concerned about your financial situation.
The idea of paying a little more in order to help cover costs for someone else feels really good to you; you like the idea of supporting the wider community, contributing to a more equitable world, and paying it forward.*
