Rooted: An online group programme to help you discover how to prepare your body, mind and soul for one of the biggest changes and shifts of your life so that you can feel prepared, nourished and with a transformed outlook on what the change might bring. Rooted Sisterhood: an online group for women to come together during perimenopause, to share, confide, offload, support and receive support. There will be monthly circles, guest speakers, card pulls, guidance from Bean and plenty of opportunity for building community. For the time being this is on pause, resuming again in the summer. Peri-menopause circles: Regular gatherings, in Bruton to bring connection, compassion and confidence during a potentially turbulent time. First Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm At The Chapel in Bruton. Book here.

Monthly masterclasses: Once a month I will present a masterclass on topics to do with perimenopause, so that you can learn and deepen your understanding of what is going on and how to support yourself through it. Find out more here.
